“With 34 years of experience in short-term insurance, operated her own FSP as a sole proprietor from September 2003 until March 31, 2024.

Succession planning discussions with APBCO began in March 2023, with a follow-up meeting in February 2024 where we delved into details. An offer was made in writing by early March 2024, and contracts were finalized, leading to the transition to the APBCO Umbrella of Brokers on April 1, 2024, under the Centurion branch.

I received a very generous offer for my business, paid in two instalments: the first within three weeks of signing the contracts, with the second expected in approximately 6-8 months. This approach is distinct from the procedures of other companies involved in similar broker book purchases.
